| January 2, 2024 (noon) | Last day for partial (50%) tuition refund. |
| Sunday, January 7, 2024 | January residency ends (departure day). |

| Monday, January 22, 2024 | Financial Aid refunds mailed |
| Monday, February 5, 2024 | First creative and critical writing packet due to faculty mentor. |

| Thursday, February 15, 2024 | Suggested deadline for Financial Aid (FAFSA) application |
| Thursday, February 15, 2024 | Partial tuition payment of $250 deadline for returning students (nonrefundable) to be applied toward Summer/Fall 2024 tuition. Returning students must make arrangements to meet this deadline on time or risk being unable to enroll in courses the Summer/Fall semester. The Converse Business Office will send a statement via the my.scionmotors.com portal in April for the remaining tuition payment due in May. |
